COVID-19 UPDATE

CAMP GUIDELINES
  • Everyone must follow social distancing protocols
  • Children will be in stable groups of 12 or fewer
  • Children will not change from one group to another
  • Multiple groups will be in separate rooms 
  • Coaches will remain with the same group of kids the entire week
  • Campers are not allowed to attend this camp is they are attending another camp or have in the last 2 weeks
  • All shared equipment will be thoroughly cleaned before and after groups
  • Follow new drop-off and pickup procedures (drop-off & pickup at back garage)
  • No parent viewing allowed at this time
  • Leave children home if experiencing any flu like symptoms
  • Temperatures and health checks may be taken before entering facility
  • All staff will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms prior to starting each shift  
  • Adults must wear face masks at drop-off and pickup (no roaming around inside the facility)
  • Children must have a face mask handy and available to use when needed
  • Children will be required to wash or sanitize hands before and after camp
  • Parents are required to enroll through our customer portal and agree to our updated gym waiver

NEW CLASS PROCEDURES

  • Students will need to re-enroll in class based on our revised schedule
  • Lowered class ratios to 6:1
  • Increased hand washing and sanitizing before and after class
  • Time allocated in between classes to clean equipment and common areas
  • Each student and class have designated seating area clearly marked and spaced 6 ft apart
  • Stations are spread out 6 ft apart to adhere to social distancing guidelines
  • Lesson plans have been created with circuit training to keep kids moving
  • Spotting kids will only incur for safety.  Coaches will make that judgement
  • Each class will have enough props for each kid in class (props are cleaned after each class)
  • Bathroom use limited to 2 kids at a time.  Encourage bathroom use before coming to class
  • Drinking fountain closed for now.  Students must bring their own water bottle
  • No extra personal belongings allowed.  Students should only bring a bottle of water inside the facility
  • Cubby and waiting areas are closed at this time
  • Ropes and foam pit will also be closed until further notice
